On behalf of the BIGFISH organizing Committee, I am pleased to announce that the USAT sanctioned BIGFISH Sprint and Olympic Distance races will resume 6/19/2021 at their Village Park venue, Mayville NY.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the race will be held utilizing the latest USAT/NYSDOH and Chautauqua County Health Department guidelines for public events. Our goal is to make this the safest possible venue for athletes, volunteers and spectators while trying to facilitate a full distance event for each race. Please stay tuned for updates as they become available regarding COVID-19 precautions that will be in force. Hopefully by June, we will be in a better place regarding this pandemic and the control measures needed to ensure your safety – Robert Berke MD MPH Race Director
